Eger Study- The Influence of Being Physically Near to a Cell Phone Transmission Mast to the Incident of Cancer

Case histories of almost 1,000 patients were studied over a ten year period from 1994- 2004.
The results from this study show a significantly increased likelihood of developing cancer for the patients that have lived within 400m of the cell phone transmission mast over the last ten years, in comparison to those patients that live further away.
In addition, the patients that lived within 400 m tended to develop the cancers 8 years earlier. After 5 or more years of living with the cell phone transmission mast, the risk of developing cancer for those living within 400 m of the mast was tripled in comparison to those living outside this area.
